All orders shipped by Hear Not Listen will use a tracked service via the Royal Mail Parcel Service. All shipping costs are inline with our courier rates at the time of purchase. For UK customers, we offer a standard and express delivery option.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on the status of your delivery.
DELIVERY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM:
All deliveries will be fully tracked using Royal Mail tracked service.

Standard - £3.00
Orders will aim to be delivered in 2-3 working days.

Express - £11.00 (Next working day)
All orders placed before 1pm (GMT), Monday to Friday, will be delivered to customers the next working day. If your order is placed after 1pm, please allow an extra working day for your order to arrive.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM:
All deliveries outside of the United Kingdom will be fully tracked and signed for. If you’re ordering from outside of Europe, delivery costs will be slightly higher with longer lead times.

- Europe - £11.00 - Delivery aim: 3-5 working days
- Rest of the World - £20.00 - Delivery aim: 5-7 working days
Please note, all customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Hear Not Listen are not responsible for any charges which may be incurred. We also cannot be held accountable if your order is held within your country’s processing centre or customs.
For EU customers, it’s important to note that orders may incur import tax, VAT and handling fees from the shipping courier/service. Hear Not Listen is not accountable for any charges that may incur. If you decline to pay the custom charges and the item is sent back to us, we will deduct charges from your refund. Should your parcel be stolen or lost following your rejection of the import tax, we will be unable to provide a refund.
