DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?

Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer free returns. Should any of our customers wish to return an item, we highly recommend choosing a trusted courier/service and opt to have your parcel tracked.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

When you receive your order will be determined by the shipping method you selected. We currently offer standard and express delivery options for UK customers. For customers outside of the UK, we offer international shipping options that will vary depending on your location.

WHAT PAYMENTS OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We accept payments made by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal. We also accept Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ETHICALLY SOURCED?

We’ve worked tirelessly to source a manufacturer that upholds the same values as we do. We collaborate with manufacturers from Europe who uphold the Global Organic Textile Standard. All of our garments have been produced using organic materials and factories that comply with the Global Organic Textile Standard. Our products are produced in limited quantities, focusing on quality, longevity and zero-waste. 

As a new brand, we know more can be done across the business to achieve a higher standard of sustainability. As we continue to grow and evolve, so will our practices to better improve our footprint.

HOW IS YOUR PACKAGING SOURCED?

Our packaging supplier adheres to a stringent, sustainability first, ethos. All packaging used by Hear Not Listen is FSC® certified. You can find out more about the Forest Stewardship Council and the work they do for the environment by clicking this link: fsc.org/en

Our packaging is designed to be reused or recycled. We encourage all of our customers to do either but hope that many take advantage of its reusable properties.
